This business where I’m sitting at my desk,
working it’s called, and I get the shivers,
and my hands turn blue,

Narcissism, you tag it? What's the prognosis for that? I realise this is somewhat late in the day, but I hope you are feeling much better.

I am told that the narcissism is chronic and incurable. The shivers and blue hands have stopped however, now I just have the chest infection which remains resolutely unimpressed by amoxicillin. Coherent thought is even more of a strain than usual as a result. Thanks for the kind thought.
